Der attraktive Preis entspricht dem Tradeoff von hervorragender Lage mitten im Zentrum von Perth, aber einem unterdurchschnittlichen Hotelcomfort. Kein Telefon im Zimmer, laute Klimaanlage, wenige Fernseh-Programme und WLAN nur unten in der Lobby erreichbar. Der Pool auf dem Dach (ca. 4 x 4 m) war nicht besonders einladend, um sich dort wirklich zu erholen.
