Getting out of the ferry in Portoferraio, first follow the directions "tutte le direzioni". At the third roundabout follow "Porto Azzurro/Capoliveri". After a 500 meters, at the traffic lights, turn right to "Lacona". You'll overpass a hill, Colle Reciso: Lacona is on the other side.
