Le Royal residence is located in the heart of the Annecy old town (Haute-Savoie region), less then 200 metres from the lake. This magnificent building, dating back to 1852, overlooks the Evêché park on one side, and an inner courtyard on the other side. Over the years the property has hosted Queen Marie-Amélie, Queen Victoria and Napoléon III.
The residence still keeps its old fashioned appearance outside, but inside it offers ultimate comfort and contemporary and warm decoration.
Le Royal features 52 fully equipped suites all with the major facilities (air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, direct telephone lines, personal safes and satellite televisions with LCD screens), a beautiful terrace, a free Internet Point and 1 meeting room. .
Three apartments with showers are especially equipped to welcome our disabled guests.

Road : Motorway A41, Annecy Sud exit, heading to the train station
Once in Annecy : from the highway 41 take the exit Annecy Sud. From there, follow the direction for "Centre-ville/Gare SNCF", the train station. From there, by car, follow the following directions: From Rue de l'Industrie, turn left following the direction of "Centre-ville", in Rue de Chevêne. Turn left at the end of the road for Rue Vaugelas, go straight in the roundabout, keep driving straight, until you see Rue de la Poste where you turn left. In the next crossroad, turn right in Rue Sommeiller, and turn next street on your right (Rue de l'Annexion), until the end, where the residence is situated.

The reception is open from 8.00 am to 12 midday and from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Outside this schedule please call directly the hotel.
