Das Hotel liegt an einer stark von Bussen und Taxen befahrenen Seitenstraße. Pech, wer ein Zimmer zur Straße hat. Das Frühstück kann man vergessen - lieber ein paar Pfund ausgeben und woanders frühstücken. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nur fünf Minuten von Paddington Station entfernt. Man kann somit alle touristischen Ziele bestens erreichen. Das Personal an der Reception ist sehr nett und geschäftstüchtig.
